Hello, and a warm “mid-western welcome” from our family to you! We are thrilled to have you stop by at our home on the web! We are the Bontrager Family Singers, and yes, we love singing! Our family of 12 (Marlin & Becky, Chelsy, Mitchell, Allison, Carson, Joshua, Denver, Taylor, Elizabeth, Hudson & Rebecca) lives and works on a dairy/hog/grain farm in Kalona, Iowa. Our purpose in family life and ministry is summed up in the Shema Creed:

As God opens doors, we minister with a gospel/bluegrass style of music in churches, festivals, prison, nursing homes, and street missions. As God has called us to ministry, so we endeavor to shine His light wherever we go, in whatever we do, with “all our heart, & soul, & mind.” Because of Him, we have a reason to sing!

“And these words I which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
