14th Annual Turning Hearts Celebration Recap

Labor Day is past and another Turning Hearts Celebration is now history! It was a wonderful day and we were blessed with lots of sun, heat, and a lovely breeze that made the outdoors bearable. =)
Here are a few pictures!
*special thanks to Sarah Bryant for sharing these pictures with us!
Chores continue as usual, with many onlookers…
Allison + Denver-smiling faces behind the ice cream counter!
Meeting up with old friends.
Giggles with Liz + her friends during a session. Hmm…=)
Pastor Rafael Cruz was a tremendous inspiration to us all through his challenging messages!
Carson was the head of hayride operations. =)
Looks like Rebecca + her ice-cream made it along to ride in the tractor for a ride! =)
So thankful for my trusty lineup of faithful women who served in the food line! Thank-you, gals!
Impromptu jamming…
..and impromptu chess tournaments! =)
Our family’s evening concert.
These guys…never a dull moment with them. =)
Mitchell’s expression. Priceless. =)
This is possibly my favorite photo of the whole day. Encouraging + strengthening families has always been our goal with hosting the Turning Hearts Celebration, and we are so blessed by all of the families God has brought across our path who also believe in strong family values + the blessing of a close-knit family!
These two little guys (above) obviously learned love somewhere, most likely from their parents, and the sight of the older brother hugging his little baby brother just warmed my heart. So precious.
“And He shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to the fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”
Malachi 4:6

  6. Greetings,

Had the privledge to meet and hear your family ministry through music in Kerrville, Texas. Have been wanting to attend your Turning Hearts Celebration for a few years now. I have friends up north now so this would be a great year to come. When will you have the schedule of Key Note Speaker out? Is your hotel available during this time?

    Thank you SO much,

    Johnna Buntin

  7. Hello Joanna!!
So good to hear from you! It was wonderful to meet you back in March and we would be honored to have your family travel up for the Turning Hearts Celebration! That is my next post to blog so be watching for that later on this week! =)
I believe there are still rooms available to book at our hotel although it does fill up very fast for that weekend since it is a holiday weekend. If you are wanting to book a room there I would recommend booking as soon as possible. You can either call or book online at http://www.dutchcountryinnkalona.com
The post with details and speaker info will be up in the next few days here!
    Blessings,
