Yay, Allison! I didn't get to meet you when y'all were in San Mateo? Satsuma? a few months ago, but I think it's neat that you like to try out ethnic foods on your family too. 😉 I love Indian and Middle Eastern food, and want to explore some Tagalog and Slavic dishes in the near future. Among other things, once I served cold, canned, spicy Spanish octopus. That's a story in itself… 😀

this looks super good. our family loves trying out new food too. and since dad is from el salvador we get to try it out a lot. plus he loves to cook so we get it a lot. I think I'll try this recipie out sometime when it's my turn to cook.

I think I will try it:)
And oh yes the Philipine egg rolls are the best. They are call Lumpia:)
We have a lot of philipinos friends that lived around where we live, and almost every week we make Bible studies with them.
When it our birthday or other special occasion they bring a looot of food , and it delicious!!!
I love to try different meal from others country too:)
