……..in photographs!
For many years now, two of Mom’s VS friends, Danelda & Marilyn, have had a tradition of visiting us over Memorial Day weekend. Last year they were unable to come due to other “more important things” that Danelda was commited to, (inside joke!) so this year we did our best to make up for all they missed last year. 🙂 We packed the weekend full with a cookout at the campsite, dozens of stories for the little ones, chocolates from the Coblentz Factory, (thanks, Miss Marilyn!) fresh strawberries, cardmaking and scrapbooking, “Beyond the Sun”, (an amazing missionary movie) homemade pizza, homemade ice-cream w/ chocolate sauce, trailers from the Sound of Music, lunch at Tuscan Moon for Danelda, Marilyn, and Mom, many random and “anonymous” phone calls from certain suspicious individuals, salad, salad, and more salad (another inside joke)…..and much laughter, amongst other things. 🙂
