Enjoy these pictures of life on the farm!
After about an hour of searching, the little brown calf was found!
Granola making time!
Sometimes there is just a LITTLE trash to take out!
Garden work is never ending!
A special evening with Josh, Cass, and Wallace, enjoying dinner out on the porch.

“And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish though the work of our hands upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.”     Psalm 90:17

  1. Can you tell us about ur garden? How big, what all do u plant, who cares for it while u are home and away? Do u find it cheaper than buying the vegetables?

    1. We have 2 vegetable gardens, 1 herb garden, and numerous flower gardens. We spend many hours hoeing and mulching before we leave on tour then a neighbor girl spends about 1 hour a week spraying, fertilizing, and doing minimal weeding. As soon as we get back from our tour, we have work party to hoe and pull weeds. The work crew at home is usually me (Becky) and whoever is able to help (mostly Denver, Taylor, Elizabeth, Hudson, & Rebecca). Our main reasons for growing vegetables are 1. To have daily access to fresh food 2. Because we love growing things 3. It is more economical. We grow a large variety of vegetables including potatoes, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, okra, onions, and peppers.

  2. Yes, we would love to send it to you! We are currently on the road, so you would send us an email(so we have you email), we will send it to you when we get back home. Have a wonderful day!
