Finally I am going to share pictures of our time in NY with my parents. We divided our 4 days in NY between my parents and my 3 sisters and their families.
Mitchell helped my father, who is an avid gardener, put up a fence by his peas.
Mitchell mowed the yard after the boys raked it.
Allison & Taylor helped grandma mulch her flower gardens.
More mulching.
And more mulching……
The finished job!
Chelsy, our laundry queen, washed the many loads of dirty laundry that had accumulated from our previous weeks of travel. My mother, who taught me to find joy in washing clothes, helped Chelsy with the task of hanging and folding laundry.
We think we finally have a harmonica player in our family! And she has a good teacher- her grandpa has been playing harmonica for over 60 years.
Grandpa & Grandma-we love you so much!
That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments. Psalm 78:6-7
I really love the pic of Rebecca and her Grandpa playing their harmonicas. That is priceless.
