I could really write a book, because I am so passionate about freedom and honoring those who gave their lives for our liberty…but instead I will simply quote this amazing verse that my sister sang tonight from our national anthem:

Blest with victory and peace, may the heav’n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
